My name is Nora Hernandez, I was born in Lima – Peru, at the age of 4 I emigrated to Venezuela with my parents and brother, due to the strong economic and social crisis that the country was going through at that time. I completed my studies in Public Accounting, specializations in budgeting and business management control and a Masters in Business Administration. I have 20 years of professional experience in public and private, national and transnational companies. 41 years later, I never imagined that my family history of emigration would repeat itself. Venezuela entered a deep socioeconomic, cultural and political crisis; and during the COVID pandemic I made this decision, which God turned these adverse situations into the most wonderful opportunity of my life, allowing me to start a new personal, professional and business stage.
I arrived in the United States with my husband and children at the beginning of the year 2021, with a deep desire to progress in a new environment full of opportunities, backed by more than two decades of experience in finance, management control, accounting and especially in socioeconomically complex and unfavorable contexts. It was until the end of the year 2022 when I materialized this NOBE entrepreneurship project and which has had an amazing growth. My sensitivity towards those who arrive in an unknown country looking for opportunities has driven me to guide and support them towards the success of economic-financial empowerment in the United States honestly and honestly through the services we provide them in NOBE.
